Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") form a legally binding contract between you ("User" or "Member") and mywbet ("Platform", "we", or "us"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of all services, games, and features provided through the mywbet website.

Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at any one time. Holding multiple accounts, whether using the same identity, device, or IP address, is a serious violation of these terms.

You are fully responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. This information includes your full name, identity card number (MyKad), mobile phone number, and active email address.

You must keep your account password confidential. mywbet will not be liable for any losses arising from a user's negligence in protecting their login information. If you suspect your account has been accessed by another party, contact our customer service via 24/7 Live Chat immediately.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the mywbet platform are conducted using approved payment methods. Available methods are Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as the mywbet account. mywbet does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Every withdrawal request will undergo standard security checks before being processed.

mywbet reserves the right to hold any transaction that raises concerns from a security or compliance standpoint. In such cases, the player may be asked to submit additional identity verification documents as part of the platform's compliance procedures.

Bonuses and Promotions

The mywbet Welcome Bonus provides a 200% deposit match of up to a maximum of RM300 on your first deposit. The wagering requirement is 20 times the bonus amount received. For example, if you deposit RM100, you will receive a bonus of RM200, bringing your total balance to RM300. The wagering requirement to be met is RM200 × 20 = RM4,000 before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

Members who have reached a certain VIP tier are eligible for weekly cashback according to their tier:

• Bronze — weekly cashback of up to 0.2%
• Silver — weekly cashback of up to 0.4%
• Gold — weekly cashback of up to 0.6%
• Platinum — weekly cashback of up to 0.8%

mywbet reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any attempt to abuse or manipulate any bonus system will result in bonus cancellation and further action against the account in question.

Game Rules

All games offered on the mywbet platform use a certified random number generator (RNG) to ensure the fairness and integrity of every game round. System results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is verifiable evidence of a technical failure.

In the event of a technical disruption, disconnection, or system failure while a game is in progress, mywbet will settle bets based on records stored on the server prior to the disruption. Users are not entitled to claim compensation for disruptions caused by circumstances beyond the platform's control.

User Conduct

Account Closure

Users may close their own account at any time by contacting mywbet customer support via Live Chat or email. All valid balances will be settled according to the standard withdrawal procedure before the account is fully closed.

mywbet reserves the right to close or suspend any account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or for security and compliance reasons. Account closure decisions made by mywbet are final, subject to a fair internal review.

Claims and Complaints

Limitation of Liability

mywbet will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform. The platform is provided "as is" and mywbet makes no express or implied warranties regarding the continued availability of the platform.

mywbet is not responsible for losses caused by the user's internet connection failure, service disruptions beyond the platform's control, or third-party actions affecting the user's access.

Amendment of Terms

mywbet reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon the updated document being published on this website. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms from time to time.

Continued use of the mywbet platform after amendments are published will be considered your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, please stop using the platform and contact our customer support to process the closure of your account.

Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable under mywbet's international licensing jurisdiction. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through internal complaint channels will be referred to a recognised arbitration body under that licence.

If any provision in this document is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be reinterpreted to the extent necessary to make it enforceable, while the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
